Pea & Spinach soup

Ingredients (2 servings):
100 grams frozen spinach
200 grams frozen peas
1 garlic clove
450 ml vegetable stock (cube)
salt and pepper
In a saucepan, add the frozen vegetables, garlic, water and stock. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Blitz the soup in a blender.
