Phase 2 end week 1 update

So this week has been a little on off for us both, isolation hasn't helped but we have stuck as best we can to the plan (with the added addition of 1 takeaway to celebrate end of our isolation). We have been drinking our daily allowance of water and the meals we have had we have tried to pack with vegtables as much as possible.

Yesterday saw us out of isolation and with the addition of Jack joining us for 4 nights. We haven't seen him in a couple of weeks so it was great to have him back with us. We have a jam packed few days coming up and this will help with the focus - however will be difficult to get the shakes in throughout the day with not being at home where the milk is.

We know we can do it but we have to keep the focus us and keep our 'eyes on the prize', reversing Mikes type 2 diabetes. He is looking to book a blood test in next week so we shall soon know if our hardwork has paid off or not.
