Stuffed peppers recipe

Ingredients:
2 Red Peppers
Onion diced
3 Garlic (cloves)
Cauliflour rice
Soy Sauce (1tbsp)
Mushrooms
Spring Onions
Curry powder (your choice in heat)
1 - Pre-heat oven to 200o
2 - Prep red peppers, to do this cut off their tops and remove the seeds
3 - In a pan add 1tsp of olive oil & the garlic. Cook the ushrooms, onions, spring onions until soft
4 - Add the cauliflour rice to the pan and add curry powder & soy sauce
5 - Fill the peppers with the contents of the pan & place onto an oven proof pan
6 - Cook in the oven for 10mins & serve
